Peterborough Pride UK
Peterborough is a UK city that was identified as a homophobic hotspot in 2017. The following year, the city held its first ever Pride festival and parade, which sold-out more than 30 LGBTQ+ events.
I was originally asked to produce a new logo for the event in 2018, which snowballed over the next four years. As a result, I produced a new colourful identity to improve the festival’s visibility. This was very successful, as local authorities counted “more than triple” the turnout since the inaugural event, with wider media publications citing Peterborough as “one of the most up-and-coming pride festivals in the UK.”
